St Catherine

The Society of St. Catherine of Siena is committed to the renewal of the intellectual apostolate in the Roman Catholic Church. The Society has an association with the English Province of the Order of Preachers. It is registered charity number 1088118.

The Society welcomes the founding of St. Bede’s Hall in Oxford as a new Catholic college under the direction of the Most Rev’d. Vincent Nichols, Archbishop of Westminster, and is glad to lend its scholarship and experience to this new venture, in keeping with the charism of the Society.

In July 2009, an article about the Society was published in Catholic Life magazine. It can be downloaded here.
